Do I need to register to post a gripe?
No, griping can be done by anyone at anytime. As a matter of fact, we don't even require an email address or name! You can post a gripe anonymously and it will show up on the front page. Just click on the button in the top nav that says "ADD GRIPE!"
How do you keep spammers from posting crap?
Well, we rely on a pretty sophisticated backend system and YOU! Every gripe has a report spam button and we encourage you to click it if you feel it is spam. Sometimes your click is all the backend system needs verify that it is spam and the post will disappear right then.

What if I made a typo in my post?
You can fix it yourself. We use a session cookie and link posts to session id's. What does all that jargon mean? As long as your cookies exist and are valid(not expired), you will see a magical edit button under your post. You can click on it and edit your post if you need to.

Why don't you have FEATURE X or Y?
Because you haven't requested it! If look at the bottom of the page you will see a link to request a feature... Use that to submit a feature request and we promise to review your idea. If you include your correct email address, we will update you on the progress and we may even involve you in testing the feature!
I found a bug, what do I do?
There is a link at the bottom of every page that you can use to report a bug. PLEASE USE IT! We want the site to be easy to use and as bug free as possible! Send us your feedback! If you include your correct email address, we will update you when the bug has been fixed.
